We hit some unexpected printing issues with the QR codes in Oh La La. On press the codes didn’t hold sharp enough edges for consistent scanning, so rather than push out a product that wasn’t 100%, we paused production to fix it. It’s all sorted now - crisper print, perfect scan - and every copy will land exactly the way it was meant to. Thanks for the patience.

We’ve gone through three rounds of test prints to get Oh La La looking exactly right, and we’re finally there. The full run is now locked in with the printer, and we’re looking at roughly a two-week turnaround for the final batch to land. It’s been a slower process than expected, but the extra care means the finished zine will be worth the wait.

The QR codes in Oh La La are little digital extras tied to the printed pages. Each one links to behind-the-scenes moments, short films, audio notes and outtakes that didn’t make it into the zine but felt too good to lose. Think of them as tiny doors back into the story - scan them as you read, and the experience becomes part print, part film, part memory.
